6 Subtle Signs That a Girl is Stalking You

by | Love

Apr 4, 2024

Do women stalk, too? The answer is yes. And I have reason to believe women stalk far more than men and better. Once, a woman told me that she goes into detective mode when she is stalking her guy. She said she could figure out half of the things he was hiding in just minutes. This is something a lot of women confess to. It leaves a clue to men. A woman’s stalking can mean many things. But in this article, we focus on how to know a woman is stalking you.

1. She leaks out information you didn’t tell her

I like to say that stalkers tell on themselves. When a woman is stalking you and has found some success in that venture, she is often going to forget what has been revealed by you and what has not.

You could be sitting at the table, and she would bring up something you never told her.

Your first response will be: “How did you know that?”

If you have been there before, at any point, then it is a big sign that you are being stalked. Play along. She is going to tell you how much more she knows.

2. You suspect you are being catfished

Women are better catfishes than men. Most will often argue against this, but it is true. Theirs is a precise and special kind of catfishing.

They take on the identity they are trying to portray to you far better than a man would. This is mostly because women have more empathy. They can take on a new shape better.

If you suspect you are being catfished, then there is a big sign you are.

You are being stalked, and your subconscious has taken a glimpse of that and alerted you.

Pay attention to the account you suspect of catfishing.

Pay attention to when they come online and when they go off, and try to cross-match it with when your partner comes online. If there is a weird synchrony, then there is a bigger chance that you are being catfished.

3.”Zzzz viewed your profile.”

A stalker’s bane is that some apps tell on themselves. Like TikTok. There are always traces that someone has visited your profile and stayed right there for some time.

If you keep getting a notification that suggests someone has viewed your profile, then they are stalking you.

There are no two ways about that.

Your stalker will often not use their real account. Or worse, as I will talk about soon enough, they may ask their friends to help stalk you.

That way, it is difficult to tell for sure who is doing the stalking.

4. You keep getting weird friend requests

Say two to three weeks into meeting a guy or a lady, your dormant Facebook account which had gone weeks without a friend request from anyone begins to bloom suddenly.

Coincidence? I think not. Those coincidences are quite funny, and you should pay them more attention.

I will say you are being stalked. But your stalker is one who knows the game of subtlety. The more players of this game, the harder it is to tell who the lead is.

And since women like to move in packs, especially when one of them has just gotten into a relationship, they tend to play the stalking game together.

They do so as a team.

Whilst this is a smart move, our editors are smarter than them. If you want to unravel who the stalker really is, pay attention to the accounts sending you requests.

Try to find out which ones have the same mutual friends. Mutual friends can be such a pointer.

When you find that one account, try to date back to when it was created or the date the last profile picture was created. If it was too recent, then it is a catfish account. If it is rather old and has real pictures, then it is likely your stalker.

You should send her a friend request and talk to her. You can even joke about feeling stalked. If she is the woman stalking you, you will know by how she responds. Stalkers give up quick when they have been found.

5. The complain

This should happen on a date. In real life. When you can look at your woman’s face.

If you suspect that she is stalking you, put on quite a show. Talk about your fear of being stalked and about a crazy ex who used to be on your profile every two minutes and how you had to end things with her because you were scared.

Observe what she says and what she does when you say this. Look out for signs that suggest she is scared of guilt or both.

Now, tell her you fear you are being stalked.

If she is not stalking you, she will show true concern and may even ask to help you find out who is doing the stalking.

If she is the one stalking you, she is going to try to brush it aside and go onto something else quickly.

6. The confronting question

You have to do this but only as a last resort. It works good when you have had all your cards in place.

Look her in the eye and say, jokingly: are you stalking me?

There is most likely going to be a period of sadness. Don’t be the one who breaks that silence first. Let it have its course.

If she is the stalker, she is going to be silent longer than usual, or she is going to speak too soon.

You’d see your answer on her face.

Stalking can be a good thing when it is healthy, but it can also be such a big red flag. This is especially true for relationships you expect to last long. If she stalks you this early, there is little chance that she going to trust you in the long run.
