Smelling nice is the best thing any man or woman can do for themselves. It helps relationships, too. Many men and women agree that smelling nice is such a big criterion when choosing dates. In this article, we show you how to smell nice 24/7. 

1. Bath at least once a day

Bathing at least once a day shouldn’t really be an option. 

Everyone has to bathe once a day. Bathing removes sweat and debris from our skin. 

This debris could easily be the breeding ground of bacteria. It is bacteria that cause bad smell. 

And bath properly too. You don’t have to scrub too hard. Just choose the right soap, and bathe gently. 

Scrub the cleavages on your body. Cleavages are often warmer than other parts of the body. That warmth encourages the growth of bacteria. 

Scrub your armpits. Your groin. Between your arse cheeks. Between your boobs. 

And be sure to mop yourself properly before putting on clothes. 

This is a mistake many people make. They just take their bath, mop for a few seconds, and throw clothes on their bodies. 

It shouldn’t be that way. You should mop yourself properly. Mop yourself until you’re dry. And if you decide to, you can rub some lotion on your skin. 

Also, remember to wait a while before putting clothes on your body after rubbing lotion. 

2. ⁠Change your bedding often

You can bath as often as possible and still not smell nice because your beddings are not clean enough. 

Except for your underwear, few clothes are in contact with your body more than your bedding. 

You sleep for an average of 8 hours. Your beddings are on your skin for more than that. 

If they’re not clean, they’re going to make your body unclean as well. 

Dirty bedding has been linked to a bad smell, some skin irritation, and even acne. 

It will do you a lot of good to change your bedding often—at least once a week, or maybe even more. 

Wash them properly, too. Dry them and maybe even use other forms of sterilization to make them sterile.

3. ⁠Use roll-ons

Roll-ons are a great idea for people who sweat a lot from their armpits. 

Most roll-ons are perfumed. That is to say, they smell nice. 

Find one that works for you and use it often. 

Use it before you put your clothes on. 

Be careful to choose roll-ons that don’t mess with your skin. Since roll-ons are going to be in direct contact with your skin, you should choose ones that do not cause any irritation or allergies. 

Roll-on allergies are a thing. And you should avoid them.  

4. ⁠Use perfume shortly before bed

Using perfume shortly before bed is also a great idea.

Apply your perfumes in places far away from your face before going to bed—like on your ankles. 

This way, you won’t have the perfume directly in your nose as you sleep.

As you apply perfumes shortly before you sleep, over time, you will come to smell like your perfumes.

5. ⁠Use perfumes correctly on your clothes

If you’re going to smell nice, you should learn to put perfumes on your clothes the right way. 

You don’t just spray everywhere. 

You spray the important places, like between your armpits, your wrists, and sometimes the color of your shirt. 

Spraying your clothes properly ensures that the perfume scent goes out to meet the people who are close to you. 

You know you are spraying your perfumes correctly if your scent announces you before you walk in.

6. ⁠Exercise in the right outfit

Exercising in the right outfit can help you smell better. 

People who don’t exercise in the right outfit may not smell so good because the wrong clothes will trap sweat and make them smell bad. 

The right exercise outfit will not trap sweat. It will in fact release all the sweat and stop the build up of any bad smell. 

Also, remember that it is healthy practice to take a bath after every exercise session. 

7. ⁠Ventilate your room

Ventilating your room is also one of the best things to do when you are trying to smell great. 

Badly ventilated rooms do not smell nice. And as a result, you too, may not smell nice. 

Open your windows. Take your dirty clothes out. 

Don’t allow dirty clothes to mix with clean clothes, ever. 

The mold from dirty clothes can cling to clean clothes and make you smell like mold. 

8. ⁠Shave your pubic hair

Shaving your pubic hair and the hair on your armpits can keep you from smelling bad. 

Your pubic hair, when left too big or too long, can be a trap for sweat. 

You don’t want to trap any sweat. 

You want your sweat to flow out properly so that it is easy to remove the debris when you bathe.
